The feature is planned, being built or held from release. Next update means it is prepared for the next app release. No release dates are promised here.

Is there an iPhone app?

Use the web app in Safari on your iPhone. There is no native iPhone app in this release.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Use the account deletion page linked from the privacy page.
